Where is my order?

Sola is committed to helping our beauty professionals open as quickly and safely as possible. We hope to supply high-quality products at affordable prices to give you peace of mind and easy access.
Step 1: Check ship date - Before contacting Sola, please check the "ship date" in the title of each of your purchased items! Many of our products are pre-orders due to high demand. If your order is within 3-4 days of the start date of an item shipping, please bear with us a little longer as we are shipping as fast as possible. If there is no ship date listed, your order will be processed soon!
Step 2: Check your spam folder. Upon placing an order with the Sola Store, you will receive an automated email with a receipt. Upon shipping, you will receive a follow-up email that will include tracking and give you a much better idea of arrival time. Please note that once we give the package to the mail carrier, we have no control over the package or time to arrive (time can vary by geography).
Step 3: If your package shows delivery but you can't find it, please contact your local carrier. We can only see what the tracking number tells us and your local carrier office will be able to look into a specific package for you.
