Returns & Exchanges Policies

Return Policy
All eligible items purchased from The Sola Store may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment delivery date. Returns initiated more than 30 days past the shipment delivery date will not be accepted. Returned items may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
To be eligible for return, item(s) must be unopened, unused, with the original tags and packaging still intact. All item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must submit your request to solastore@solasalonstudios.com via email with the subject line “Return and [your order number]. In your email, please clearly identify the following:
- Order number;
- Whether you are requesting a return or exchange;
- Reason for your request; and
- Your return address (if you are requesting an exchange).
After you have submitted a return request to solastore@solasalonstudios.com, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for shipping your item(s) for return We are not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged while in transit to us.
Once we have received your returned item(s), our team will review your request and inspect the item(s). Refunds and exchanges are contingent upon our inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email indicating whether or not your return was approved. Your return will be processed within 7-15 business days from the date we receive the item(s).
If approved, a refund for the original amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be credited back to your original method of payment. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a 7-14 days for the refund to process and post to your bank or credit card statement.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email solastore@solasalonstudios.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Shipping
All original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
After you’ve submitted a return or exchange request to solastore@solasalonstudios.com, we will provide you with the return address to ship the order back to. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
